A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the cattle dispersal project was signed on December 12, 2025, formalizing support for selected farmers from partner barangays and reinforcing ongoing efforts to boost local livestock production.

Project beneficiaries include Renante F. Beduya of Brgy. Bulao, Melchor P. Mujeres of Brgy. Rosalim, and Benidecto B. Pelicano and Rodrigo S. Bermejo of Brgy. Guindapunan. The program is expected to help beneficiaries strengthen their farming capacity and improve household income through cattle raising.

The activity was spearheaded by Mrs. Jayrose P. Ortiz, Head of the Extension Office, together with Dr. Reynaldo R. Aquino, Campus Administrator, who led the initiative to ensure proper coordination and implementation of the project.

Witnessing the MOA signing were Brgy. Captain Mateo Bentillo Sr. and other key stakeholders, underscoring local government and institutional support for the initiative.

The agreement sets clear responsibilities among parties and serves as the foundation for the proper implementation and monitoring of the cattle dispersal project in the beneficiary communities.
